Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be granted for requests post-marked after February 4, 2022. • Phone cancellations will NOT be accepted.
  • Registration cancellation and refund requests MUST be made in writing and postmarked by February 4, 2022 for a Partial Refund of 80%.
  • You will receive your refund within 30 days after the convention.
  • Cancellation refunds do not apply to social events.
  • To initiate the cancellation/refund process, send the request to: jdaconvention@gmail.com • No transfers will be allowed.
